The TaoTronics 12″ Dimmable Ring Light offers superb lighting control with three colour temperatures to choose from and 10 levels of brightness control. It is powered by USB and only needs 5V/2A, this means that you can fully utilise this ring light with your phone’s wall charger, a power bank or even a laptop or computer.
TaoTronics has included a stable aluminium alloy tripod that is extendable from 16″ (40.6cm) to 52″ (132cm) and can be locked in place to your desired length. The tripod’s head can be rotated 360° and can be used for the ring light or your camera. This head allows you to vertically turn the ring light 90° and horizontally 180°, to get the perfect illumination angle.
The included Bluetooth shutter remote allows you to easily control your phone to shoot photos or record videos from a distance. This shutter remote is compatible with iOS and Android smartphones. The Bluetooth range for the remote shutter is 10 meters allowing you to create bigger and more dynamic shots.
