How to track your order from your account?

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. You will find your “Account Details” under the “Contact Us” section of the menu. Under the orders section, you will be able to see the courier tracking details for your parcel – once the parcel has been collected. This way you are easily able to follow where your parcel is & conveniently access the information at any time.

Estimated Delivery Times: (Normally)

Within Gauteng: 1 – 3 Working Days 

Outside Gauteng: 2 – 7 Working Days

*Please add one extra working day to the above for any unforeseen circumstances.

Any orders processed after 12:00 are allocated to the next working day & therefore, will only go out with the courier company thereafter.
