Returns

We have a 30-day return policy which means that you have 30 days, after receiving your item, to request a return. 

The returns will be handled as follows:
You can contact us via email: ekdonlinesales@outlook.com and request a return. Once received, we will then process your return and if your return is successful, we will send you clear instructions of how to proceed.

When returning items, please note the following:
Your item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it i.e. unworn, unused, unopened, with the original tags/labels (if applicable) and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. If the package has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We will also require your original invoice i.e. the proof of purchase that had been provided to you by EKD Online when purchasing.

EKD Online is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. Physically damaged items will not be accepted. Any damage that is not produced by normal wear and tear is referred to as physical damage. If we get a physically damaged item, we will send it back to the customer/client at their own expense. If the items sent to you are damaged, you must tell EKD Online in writing, within 24 hours of delivery via the Contact Us page of the website.

EKD Online is not liable for any costs associated with returning products unless otherwise specified. In regards to the product’s return shipping to EKD Online, courier will be sent out, at your cost, thereafter, shipment details will be given which are linked to a tracking number in order to assist with tracking the order. Courier costs will be taken into account when refunds are dealt with.

In regards to the returns process, EKD Online will handle your request in a pro-active way.

Refunds


Refunds are assessed after receiving your return. Items will be inspected before the refund process begins. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within the days discussed. Please remember it can take some time for banks/credit facilities to process the refund too. Please bare in mind that courier costs will be taken into account when refunds are dealt with.
