• A request form is to be submitted online prior to returning any items for any reason. RMAs/CROs can’t be submitted in person, manually, in writing, or via email.  No drop-offs may take place at any supplier/manufacturer/service centre. EKD Online (Pty) Ltd is not a walk-in-store. We do not hold stock on site, nor do we accept walk-in customers. No items will be accepted for return/repair without submitting this form. Once received, a form will be populated & provided to you, including payment due before the process begins. We will then process your return or repair accordingly. Products under warranty, purchased through EKD Online (Pty) Ltd, will follow the process accordingly. All returns are via courier & sent directly to the applicable authorised service centre. Technicians will try and replicate the fault described. Please note that your collection/delivery address, stated on your request form, cannot be changed later – please ensure you are available for the requested collection date. All accessories and/or manuals must be intact and included inside the box/packaging when returning an item. This includes, but not limited to, all cables, power supplies, charging devices etc., for the item being returned and/or repaired. Please ensure that all items are safely packaged. EKD Online (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit. We inform you to notify us when courier insurance on goods is required. Should the stock be damaged in any way upon arrival, it will not be accepted.

  • Please note that each request will be individually assessed & you will be notified as soon as practicable. Times given are merely estimates and are not binding on EKD Online (Pty) Ltd. This process can take up to 14 working days or more. Returns/repairs are attended to during business hours & exclude weekends and/or public holidays. EKD Online (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage, of whatsoever nature, which the customer may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs. EKD Online (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any costs associated with returning products. Please note that courier charges for products returned, or repair, under warranty, will be for the customer/client’s own expense. Courier fees are charged for collection and return. These fees and/or courier insurance charges are non-refundable. No goods/services are released/provided until full payment (in cleared funds) has been received. Courier will not be sent out if the funds haven’t reflected in full. All warranties are provided through manufacturers/suppliers and not directly through EKD Online (Pty) Ltd. EKD Online (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any data loss that may occur as a result of the replacement, refund and/or repair of any item(s). EKD Online (Pty) Ltd shall further not be liable, under any circumstances, for any data loss that may occur as a result of any new installation.
