- The fan guarantees extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance.
- Therefore, the P12 PWM PST is particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators.
- The speed of the fan can be throttled down to standstill via PWM.
- This allows silent operation in IDLE and at the same time guarantees maximum performance when required.

I have 5 other Arctic p12’s in another PC and they are dead silent, these make a hissing / ticking noise below 800rpm and make a distinct hissing noise when coming to a complete stop, not sure why that is… They are the best fans on a budget however and provide decent airflow.
