EKD Online is a VAT-registered company, and we provide TAX invoices to all our customers.
EKD Online exclusively operates and delivers within South Africa.
The number of packages will depend on the size of your order. For larger orders, you may receive multiple packages.

Please contact our sales/support team with your order details, and we’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost.
EKD Online always recommends taking insurance on your delivery. If so, you received a damaged parcel, please contact our sales/support team with your order details and photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

If you realise that you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our sales/support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will update your address before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we will notify the courier services as soon as practicable & provide additional guidance to correct the address.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-orders for items that are sold out. However, we can accommodate back orders for products. You can also subscribe to the product to receive notifications when new stock arrives. (You will find this on the product listing)
